1½ cups (200 g/7.1 oz) raspberries, frozen
- Add the frozen raspberries to a saucepan or skillet and bring them to a low simmer. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula, pressing and crushing them until they break down into tiny pieces.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in all the remaining ingredients. Use less maple syrup first, taste the mixture and add more if needed.
