Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes into 2-inch (5 cm) pieces and add them to a large pot. Pour in water to cover the potatoes by a few inches, and add about 1 tsp of salt. Bring to a boil and cook the potatoes covered for around 15 minutes, or until fork-tender.<
