- 1 large carrot

- Slice one large carrot lengthwise into strips (about ¼-inch or 0.6 cm thick). Meanwhile, heat ½ Tbsp oil in a skillet.
- Once hot, add the carrot slices and sprinkle with salt and sauté. Add
