Hoibeeri is one of the Swiss German dialect words for blueberry, and where I live in the Emmental they can be eaten as a Sturm (storm)–cooked, mixed with cream, and topped with toasted bread. Don’t have blueberries? No problem! You can make your Sturm with raspberries, blackberries or even cherries, and it works well with frozen fruit too.
