  • 1 bottle of white wine (750 ml)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Method

Put everything in a pot and warm over medium heat for about 20 minutes, making sure it doesn’t boil.

Before serving, have a quick taste–if it isn’t sweet enough, add a tablespoon more honey, or a squeeze of orange juice (this will very much depend on the sweetness of the wine and your personal preference). Remove the spices before serving.
