Method

Fill a large pot with about 250 ml (1 cup) water. Add the tea bags and spices, bring to a boil, then remove the tea bags. Add the red wine and turn down the temperature to low. Add the sugar, brandy and citrus slices, and simmer on low for about 20 minutes.
