Advance Preparations
Prepare Classic Spongecake Sheet. When the baking is completed, invert as directed onto a rack and remove the foil liner. Turn foil over so that the sticky side faces up and reposition it back on the cake. Cover with large cooling rack and invert right side up. Allow to cool.
