If it has meringue, whipped cream and fresh fruit then I’m there ... no matter what the version. These are individual pavlovas topped with passionfruit and banana and flavoured with raw sugar and balsamic vinegar. This does make them a soft golden colour, so if you want your meringues white, then replace with white caster sugar and white wine vinegar.
