With a beer, these little dumplings make a great start to any party. The faint-hearted should dip them in soy, but they are really best matched by the fire of chilli. They can also go into a simple chicken soup to create a hearty meal.
Wonton skins are available in small packets from Asian food stores and some supermarkets. They will keep for several months in the freezer.
