Is there anything better than a warming rice pudding? This simple dessert uses coconut milk as well as milk for added richness.
Place the coconut milk, milk, sugar, lime leaves and rice in the slow cooker and gently mix together. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve warm, sprinkled with palm sugar or brown sugar.
