My mom used to make her sweet potatoes with a brown sugar glaze for the holidays, and it was always my favorite side dish. I knew this recipe could be made so much easier in the slow cooker, so I went about making it possible and added some carrots for some extra nutrition. It’s still just as delicious as I remember and now even easier to make.
