Smoking Gun, a member at www.smokingmeatforums.com, wanted a way to use up leftover pulled Pork, so he cooked up some mashed potatoes and came up with this wonderful southern version of shepherd’s pie. His family loved it and the rest is history. I love it too, and so will you!
