¼ cup (½ stick) butter, melted
¼ cup cornmeal

Method

Place the melted butter in a large bowl. Add the cornmeal and stir until well combined. Mix in the remaining ingredients and pour into a lightly greased glass baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Check doneness a
