Homemade English muffins are a great thing. Once you have made your own, I’m sure you will never go back to buying commercially made ones. These are light and soft and are really nothing like the dense ones you can buy in the supermarkets. They make up one part of my favourite of all brunch dishes, Eggs Benedict.
