As a refreshing summertime snack or a light evening dessert, this soup is the perfect balance between sweet tropical fruits, tangy citrus, and fresh mint. You can substitute any mix of tropical fruits in the gazpacho-inspired summer recipe, such as banana, guava, and papaya.
