Sweet-tart blueberries are the foundation for this delicious berry soup, which is flavored with just a trio of ingredients: sugar, lemon, and cinnamon. A mound of whipped cream on each serving adds a touch of richness to this refreshing dessert.
Bring blueberries and 3 cups water to a boil in a 4-qt. saucepan. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until berries begin to burst, about 12 minutes. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve set over a bowl, saving cooking liquid; using a spoon, gently press the berries to extract all their juice, and then discard berries. Return berry soup to saucepan. Add sugar, cinnamon, a
