Baptism Quiche

It is my observation that meat-n-three still reigns supreme here in the South. That is, until it is time for a baby’s baptism. When it comes to celebrating a baptism, we bring out the adorable, eggy brunch pies and accompany them with frisée salads and fruit. It’s as if we are matching the menu with our baby’s baptism gown—all delicacy and innocence.
