This deeply tropical drink hails from Cuba, where, on balmy days, sugarcane magnates might’ve cooled off with it after lording over their minions (who themselves no doubt needed a drink). Typically, this cocktail is made with 2 parts orange juice to 1 part pineapple juice. Lemonade makes a sprightly substitute for the pineapple juice, plus it keeps the mix icy and adds a distinctive hue.
