  • 4 pounds (1800 g) pork spareribs

Method

Put the spareribs in the pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Drain and remove to a large bowl.

Pour the barbecue sauce over all sides of the ribs. Pour ½ cup water in the bottom of the baking dish and put the ribs on top. Let sit 30 minutes.
