  • About

No commercial product can ever taste as rich as fresh peanuts roasted at home. I find the brined nuts on the market particularly distasteful, the soaking destroying texture and taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450 g) peanuts, raw in the shell

Method

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Put the peanuts on a wide baking sheet and place on the middle shelf of the preheated oven. Shake the pan every 5 minutes
