Combine the water and butter in the saucepan and bring to a full boil. Sift the salt, sugar, and flour together. Add to the boiling liquid all at once and stir well over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the dough is smooth, glossy, and comes away from the sides of the pan. Remove from heat and stir for 2 to 3 minutes to cool slightly. Incorporate the eggs into the mixture, one at a time
