Onion Rings with Kickin’ Ranch

I love an onion ring, sometimes (but not always) more than a french fry. There are lots of ways to make onion rings, but this version—wet batter dipped in crispy panko breadcrumbs—is my preferred style. Best washed down with a Lime-Beer Shandy or a glass of bubbles, these are worth bringing out the deep fryer for!
