To make huevos rancheros simply serve over-easy-eggs with a generous topping of warm Salsa Martajada. I take it to the next level by building my stacked huevos rancheros on an extra crispy corn tortilla, a bed of refried beans and finished off with the toppings I have on hand at the time.
