Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 milliliters) inexpensive dry Spanish red wine, such as Vina Borgia Grenache
  • ½ cup

Method

Mix together the wine, Triple Sec, brandy, orange juice, simple syrup, and fruit in a medium-size pitcher. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours to macerate the fruit in the wine. When ready to serve, add the ice cubes, and club soda to taste. Taste for sweetness, adding more syrup, as necessary.
