Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 milliliters) inexpensive dry Spanish white wine, such as Muga Rioja Blanco
  • 2 cups

Method

Mix together the wine, pear nectar, gin, peach schnapps, simple syrup, 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice, and fruit in a medium-size pitcher. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours to macerate the fruit in the wine. When ready to serve, add the ice cubes. Taste, adding more lemon juice or syrup, as necessary.
