Bikini “Pizza”

Bikini is what Catalans call grilled cheese (don’t ask me why), and the combination here of thinly sliced mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella tucked inside grilled bread comes courtesy of El Bulli’s chef, Ferran Adrià. The flavors remind him of pizza. Admittedly, it’s a pretty international recipe. Then again, the Catalans are a pretty cosmopolitan bunch, and bikini is something of a favorite snack in Barcelona.
