This is a basic dough enriched with egg and a little milk. It is a perfect dough for most tarts, including the Apple Tart à l’Alsacienne. When you are just making the dough for one tart, as we are here, it’s easiest to mix the dough by hand, but you can also use a mixer with a dough hook attachment.
