This is a very special cookie, a round butter cookie with kirsch on top, and sandwiching a vanilla confection that is coated in a glaçage, a glaze made of confectioners’ sugar.
For the cookie dough, mix all of the ingredients together into a smooth dough, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate overnight.
