Ingredients

  • 2 kilograms Concord grapes
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 2 lemons

Method

In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients over medium heat. Smash the grapes into the sugar to get them releasing their juices. Bring the pot to a simmer, stirring, and cook for a few minutes. Remove and discard the lemons. Blend the grapes thoroughly in a blender or with an immersion blender and pass them through a chinois into a bowl set in ice.
