Broad Bean, Quinoa, Watercress and Sheep’s Cheese

We try to sell at least a couple of sheep–s cheeses alongside our veg boxes. The tangy, feta-style Wootton White from Wootton Dairy in Somerset or the soft, fresh-tasting Sussex Slipcotefrom High Weald Dairy in Sussex are both great for crumbling over salads. If you can buy the multi-coloured quinoa, which has the white, red and black grains, it adds a nuttier flavour. This makes a very good packed lunch.
