Why did the Mexican take his wife to the edge of the cliff? Tequila!
There are many disguises for margarita, but for me it is simply sugar syrup, lime juice and tequila. I don’t like ice cubes invading my glass; if the drink has been properly chilled in the shaker, I will have drunk it long before it becomes room temperature. I can’t really argue the salt; it’s a question of taste, but I like it. And tequila is proper tequila only if it is made of 100 per cent blue agave cactus.
