Grilled Chocolate Pound-Cake Sandwiches à la Mode

These dessert sandwiches are more fun than grilled cheese, and really, just as easy. You can use finely chopped chocolate, as I do here, or you can sandwich slices of pound cake together with very firm ganache or even Nutella, for a yummy change of pace. Any of the pound cake recipes offer a wonderful flavor match.
