Pavlova, a heavenly meringue dessert, is famous for its lush, marshmallowy interior contrasted with a crisp, crunchy outer shell. I love to use rich, almost black, Valrhona cocoa powder to give this ethereal dessert a lovely chocolate punch. Adding malted milk powder to the creamy chocolate filling and topping it with a shower of chopped malted milk balls will lure both children and adults quickly to the table. For a true chocolate experience, drizzle everyone’s slice with a little of My Fa
