When it comes to coconut, I find people either love it or loathe it. There really is no waffling when it comes to this, in my mind, luscious nut. I adore coconut, and I have a soft spot for any recipe that features it. Although I usually find flan a little bouncy and gelatinous, this version is dense and succulent, made velvety with the addition of cream cheese and rich with the sweetness of coconut.
