Giggling aside, this quick—and decidedly adult—dessert is a more solid version of a cocktail featuring crème de bananes and crème de cacao. Taking my initial cue from Bananas Foster, I’ve added a lush coffee note by dousing the buttery caramel bananas with Kahlúa and dark rum. Spooned over strong, bittersweet coffee ice cream and slathered with chocolate whipped cream, this dessert will satisfy on many levels.
