A Lenten standby (except for the chicken stock used as a cooking medium) – simplicity itself, some salt cod from the cave, a few leeks from the garden, a bit of olive oil and you have a meal. Best for this is the thinner fillet that can easily be cut into pieces before cooking. Another version adds potatoes to the dish before it goes into the oven.
