  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 small onion (chopped)

Method

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion with the garlic for 4–5 minutes, or until they begin to soften.

Add the minced beef and brown for 5 minutes, breaking into small pieces, until completely cooked. Add the diced tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes on low heat.
