This dish may not sound elaborate, but the fried eggs topped with a Himalayan black salt-based chaat masala is an incredible combination. This sulphuric tangy blend brings the humble egg to life.

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp

Method

Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the eggs as liked. Top with a sprinkling of chaat masala and serve.
