For me, this is simply the best chocolate cake there is. The wonderful flavour of hazelnuts and dark chocolate, with a hint of orange, combined with a delicate, moist texture make it a perfect party dessert. It may be extravagant, but for a special occasion it is worth every penny – and your guests will be ecstatic in their appreciation. Serve the cake with cream if you like.
