Triple Chocolate Cookies

These cookies are so yummy that they fly off the shelves at Bea’s Bakery. Some of our clients come in for them so often they claim they must now be 50 percent cookie! Thought to have originated in new York, these gooey delights are crunchy on the outside but soft in the middle, with melted white chocolate chips all wrapped up warm in a bittersweet chocolate and cocoa powder blanket. What’s not to like?
