Quickly whip up your own nondairy nog at home when it’s not in season to get a taste of the holiday spirit, any day of the year!


  • 2 cups plain nondairy milk
  • ½ cup raw cashews, soaked for 4–6 hours
  • ¼


Simply toss everything into your blender and thoroughly puree, until completely silky smooth. Pass through a fine-mesh strainer if desired, to further perfect the texture. Drink it straight, bake with it, or refrigerate for up to a week.
