The perfect garnish for my Caramelised White Chocolate, Banana and Passionfruit cake, these would also work well with a rum and raisin ice cream or as a jelly topping for a ginger cake. The uses are endless and you could also replace the rum with another alcohol to give a wobbly kick to other dishes.
