Great on its own or as the base for the Chocolate 75%, Pear and Hazelnut cake, this is a simple recipe.
It can be baked directly in rings, but I prefer to bake it as sheets and then cut out 15 cm (6 inch) discs. The leftover pieces go into my delicious chocolate ice cream with chocolate brownie chunks, found only at Sweet Studio
