As with a lot of my dishes or their components, I take a classic preparation and put my own spin on it. Everybody knows brownie, but how many of you have had this version?

This recipe is the base for our Smoked White Chocolate, Coffee, Aniseed and Lemon cake, but is also great on its own with a cup of coffee.
