Pine Nut Brittle

• White Chocolate 31%, Violet, Pine Nut & Lemon

As with my Pine Nut Butter, I have substituted pine nuts for the traditional peanuts. This is an excellent garnish for the violet creation, but can also make a great gift. Try to roll the mixture to a manageable thickness to make it easy to eat.
