Melt the chocolate to a temperature of 45°C (113°F). Separately melt the cocoa butter to a temperature of 50°C (122°F).
Place the melted liquids in a blender and mix together well on medium speed. Add the titanium dioxide powder and continue to mix well for a further 3 minutes. Pass the solution through a fine sieve into a jug (pitcher).
