Guests arrive at Raynaudes at all hours, but very often the first thing they would like is a chilled glass of the local Gaillac wine. We keep a supply of these biscuits always on hand to accompany drinks.
Put everything except the seeds into the processor and whiz until the mixture is well mixed. Add the seeds and continue processing until the dough comes together, like pastry.
Form into three or four cylinders - about 3-4cm in diameter - and wrap in clingfilm. Chill for at least four hours, till firm.
