Ingredients

Put in a Big Bowl

  • 4 mugs rolled oats
  • 1 mug oat bran (or ordinary bran)

Method

Mix the oats and nuts. Whisk the milk powder and liquids then pour over the oats and mix thoroughly, either with a big spoon or your hands. Transfer to baking sheets and bake at 160°C (140°C fan) for 20 minutes. Stir well, switch the lower and upper tins so they cook evenly, and bake for another 15-25 minutes, till the oats are golden and the nuts look nicely toasted. The granola will crisp as
