Linguica, Kale, and Potato Tacos

Linguica is a truly delicious, slightly spicy Portuguese smoked pork sausage that’s made with garlic, chilies and/or paprika. My favorite linguica dish is caldo verde, a thick Portuguese soup made with linguica (or chouriço), potatoes, and leafy greens. Much more than a sum of its parts, the combo is sublime as a taco filling too. All you need is a few spoonfuls of Roasted Tomato Jalapeno Salsa and a sprinkle of queso fresco cheese and you’re in tac
