Mint Tea

Name: Mint Tea

Ingredients: Pour out one glass of tea, then pour it back into the pot.; Add lumps of sugar to the pot.; Wash mint leaves and stuff tightly into pot.; Pour in more boiling water and place teapot in the embers to steep for 1 minute.; Pour in boiling water; then quickly strain out water to clean tea of dust.; Measure 2–3 teaspoons green tea into pot.; Repeat this operation and then serve tea in little glasses, pouring with the pot held high to aerate the hot tea. Deliciously fragrant and – surprisingly enough – not too sweet.
